Subscription and billing
Access to Swaddesk is provided on a subscription basis per your selected plan. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

You agree not to use Swaddesk for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.

You retain ownership of the business and customer data you input into Swaddesk. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform, including how you collect and use your own customers' data, complies with applicable law.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, except as required by law.
Pricing Changes
Swaddesk reserves the right to modify subscription fees for any plan at its discretion. If we increase/decrease the price of your current plan, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice before the change takes effect, communicated via in-app notification and email to your registered account email.
Price changes will apply starting from your next billing cycle following the notice period — any billing cycle already in progress at the time of notice will not be affected by the change.
If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the new pricing takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
This clause does not apply to promotional pricing, discounts, or limited-time offers, which may expire or change according to their own stated terms.
